MOU with Myagdi Overseas Nepalese Association (MONA) signed

A memorandum of understanding(MOU) was signed in 2016(2073 Mansir 26) with Myagdi Overseas Nepalese Association(MONA) to install e-libraries, their expansion and proper use throughout Myagdi District. During this process, MONA's treasurer-library coordinator and member of NRNA's Public Library Project Mr. Chakra Bahadur Thapa, MONA's Secretary Rajendra Pangeni, Nepal Library Foundation(NLF) General Secretary and Director Dhan Kumar Shrestha,Nepal Library Foundation's E-Library coordinator Bashanta Shrestha and Nepal Library Foundation's Founding President (NRNA's Public Library co-ordinator) Mr. Naresh Koirala were present. After the completion of this MOU, e-library has already been installed in 11 different educational institutions in Myagdi District alone.
